For Europe and USA standard delivery takes 5-7 working days.

If your delivery is missed the courier would drop a card to your letter box notifying you the further steps to collect your delivery from the local depot or he may leave your parcel with a neighbor or leave at a safe place.

Our Return and Refund Policy:

We want you to be satisfied and comfortable with your purchase. However, if you want to return or exchange a non-sale item then we will happily exchange or refund. Regrettably, we are unable to cover the costs of returns, so we highly recommend you use a signed-for or a tracked return postage as we do not accept responsibility for any lost returns. Item should be returned to us unworn, unwashed with the original packaging within 14 days of purchase. If there is any scent of perfume or any kind of mark on the item due to make-up or deodorant from trying on the item, the refund will be refused, and item will be returned back to you. If any of the return’s procedures have not been followed and we have to return the item back to you, a shipping fee will need to be paid. The item will remain on hold until this fee is paid.

If there is a free item which was sent with your order as part of a promotion, these items must be returned along with the purchased item to receive a full refund. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and if your shipping was free due to promotions, refund will be excluding shipping fee.

We will process returns within 3-5 working days of the item/s arriving in our warehouse. Once your return is inspected and refunded you will receive a confirmation email. Please note all refunds will be made back to the original payment method. Please allow 3 to 5 working days from receiving your refund confirmation email for the funds to appear in your account.

Our Products are created to the highest quality, however, if you receive a faulty item, an incorrect size or item, or it is not up to our usual standards please contact our customer care team on so that we can resolve the issue.

Any orders placed online which you would like to return need to be returned back to the returns address provided. We do not accept returns in store for online orders.

All International customers need to ensure they declare their goods as returns otherwise there will be a duty to pay which will then be deducted from the refund amount.

Sale items can only be exchanged once.

It usually takes 3-5 working days after receiving and inspecting your item to process the refund. You will be notified once the refund has been processed and you will get your money back in to the account as per original payment method within 5-7 working days.
